Meet our teachers

Mr. Frias teaches Engineering, Robotics, and Advanced Manufacturing at Lancaster High. As a kid, he worked on cars with his grandpa, eventually building his own award winning custom cars. His knowledge of automobile fabrication, body, and paint eventually led to a career in the aerospace industry. After working on everything from lowriders to spaceships, Mr. Frias went back to school to become a Career Technical Education (CTE) teacher. He was Lancaster High’s Teacher of The Year in 2020. He'll begin teaching Composite Fabrication in the fall of 2024.

Ryan mcdaniel

Mr. McDaniel teaches Computer Science and Cyber Security at Lancaster High. McD learned about mechanics from his dad and his friends. In high school he started learning to weld on custom mini bikes. He eventually graduated to building custom Harley choppers with his buddies while working as an electrician. After years on various job sites, he started working in Information Technology and Cyber Security for a school district. After honing his skills as an IT professional, he became a Career Technical Education (CTE) teacher at Lancaster High.
